image of her appears to exist, perhaps because as a single mother they think she has to do that kind of household
work. She says that's true, even though her child is in the 1st grade already. Jun suprisedly says 'she's that big??'
Aiba asks if her daughter and her share any similar features, and Akiko says that she thinks her daughter's more
together than she is. Aiba is amazed, and Akiko says that it's amazing, her daughter criticizes her. Aiba asks
for an example and she says that she often hangs out with Mitsuura-san, and that once they were on a tv show
together and Mitsuura-san cried, while everyone else laughed. When she came home it appeared that her daughter
had seen it, and she got mad at her and asked why Mitsuura-san was crying, while everyone else laughed so hard,
but 'mama' didn't even comfort her, despite her having no allies whatsoever. Then Akiko goes on to say that
she told her it was because Yacchan (Mitsuura) thought it was the most tasty;P Aiba says that should be easy to
udnerstand, and Nino tells her not to tell her daughter that kind of thing;P Because it won't explain why she
said it. And she agrees, and says that her daughter told her to be careful for next time. Aiba then asks if she
goes anywhere on her bike, from her house. Akiko says she does, but it's a recent thing. Then she says that when
she was in junior high she got hit by a taxi while riding a bike, and Aiba confirms it was her. She says yes,
and that she was in a really big hurry, then starts to laugh, and everyone asks why she's laughignXD She says
that her bike got hit, but she rolled up onto the hood and was thus okay, that she was right up close to the
driver. Aiba says she wasn't close because the windshield was in teh way, and she goes on to say that because
a lot of people started gathering around, and the driver appeared to be getting out, she got really scared and
ran awayXD But when she got home it seemed that he mother got a phone call, the result of which was her mother
telling her she had to be more careful, and then no sooner had they bought her another bike but she got hit
by a busXD only one week later too...;P They can't believe it, but she says it's true, and that because it
happened in such a short period of time they stopped wanting to buy her bikes. Aiba asks why she got hit and she
says it's because she was in an incredible hurry^^; She was in an incredible hurry so it couldn't be helped.

Okay...she got hit by a taxi and a bus in the same week??XDD I'd have given up on bicycyling for life at that point;P And Ogura really did seem interested in her ne...a little more than the usual guestsXD And I really~ want to try that melon mousse, I love melon and it looks amazing:3 But the birthday words were really the highlight of the show ne;) I'm biased, but I loved Jun's most of allXD A ring, perfect bday present, and the dat inside...kyaa~<3 But Ohno's was hilarious, I'd be a little nonplussed at first, but after that I'd probably think it was funny^^ Aiba...k, giving money is not good, I'm sorry dear^^; At least act like you tried to think of something elseXDD And Sho...don't hate me, but that's a good way to get someone to break up with you;P Nino's was so flippant it didn't quite carry off well, but the revised edition was a screamXD Ah~, I love this new segment:3

In admiration of the skills of the craftsman in Osaka!

When they went to Osaka for the Dome concerts, since it had been awhile since all the members were together
Arashi went out to eat dinner. Matsumoto was moved by the deliciousness of the kushiage (fried vegetables and
meat on skewers) he encountered at that time! [It was tasty~<3 they brought out various kinds of kushiage. Like
sea urchin and squid, they were tasty too, the crab cream croquettes were delicious~. The number of guests, with
the staff and Arashi combined, was 10 people, and although it was just the host and hostess serving us just
when we were done eating the next skewers would come out. With the good host, the good atmosphere of the
restaurant, when they said "Bringing out tasty stuff~!" there was the unique quality of a craftsman hanging
about in the air ne.] Usually Matsumoto doesn't eat many fried things, but on that day they say that his arms
kept reaching out for the kushiage brought out with such exquisite timing. [Fried food swells out your stomach
if you give it time, but that day I ate a lot ne. Because the place where they were frying it was right in front
of my eyes the way the host was doing it interested me as well so I was watching it the whole time] he says,
right now Matsumoto is playing an Italian chef in the drama [Bambi~no!]. Even when he goes out to eat on his
own time the way he looks at the restaurants is different from how it was up until now! [The other day, even
when I went to a soba restaurant I had a seat at the counter and I wondered "what does the inside of the kitchen
look like?" and was looking at it.] Identical to the main character he plays in the drama, Matsumoto himself
is a man who studies zealousy.

20 minutes of relaxation time per day

[It's been pretty peaceful lately ne. Even if there were things that irritated me, because it would make the
atmosphere bad for those around me I don't bring it to the surface much] says Matsumoto with a calm expression.
Since his days are busy with the filming of the drama it sometimes happens that by the time he realizes it
he's fallen asleep on the floor without making it to the bed... What heals Matsumoto is bath time. [Listening
to music, watching subject matter DVDs, reading scripts or books...I soak for 20~30 minutes ne] slowly relaxing,
preparing for the next day's filming.

A surprise from a friend!

Before the time he was supposed to meet up with a friend he hadn't seen in a while I got a sudden phonecall from
them! On top of which, what they asked him was what he was wearing that day. Though no matter how long it's been
there's no way they wouldn't be able to find him at the meet-up... [A khaki shirt and navy blue pants. 'The inside
is pink', I answered on my outfit for the day] upon which the friend readied an unexpected item and waited for
Matsumoto! [They said "I thought it go with your outfit today" and gave me a navy blue scarf sample. I was happy
ne] On a side note, on the day of this interview he also coordinated a navy blue scarf with his personal clothes.

Nice~ he was even studying kitchens in soba restaurants, what a diligent boy^^ I wonder if now that the drama is finished he'll still continue trying to learn new things...knowing him he'll pick up little bits here and there to really wow people;P But really, only 20min a day to relax??O_o That's awful...but I'm sure he really enjoys his bath time, and occasionally brings some wineXD Ii ne, watashi mo hairitai na~XDD He has such nice friends too...XD
