Hello everyone, I hope you're enjoying a relaxing summer^^ It's finally gotten warmer here, we had a whole week of nice hot weather. Today is a nice rbeak with some light rain...suits my mood;)
Something really freaky though...one day when I came home from school to eat lunch before heading to work, just as I was taking off my headhpones I heard a scrabbling noise outside my sliding glass window and froze. At first I couldn't see anything, but then I noticed a little red head bobbing around as the scrabbling continued...it was Ojiisan, apparently trying to break into my apartment!O_o After a minute or two, during which I tried to creep closer, he took off somewhere, but I'm still kind of weirded out by thatXD
At any rate, today I have translations of Everything and Season^^

I really love the message of this song, it reminds me a little of Life, a mixture of happiness and sadness and the courage to keep moving forward:3 Just what I need right now, facing a month of double-courses and probably lots of stress at work. Oh, and my friend is getting married. YikesXD I think I'll go listen to it again...;)

the passing rain draws closer, the smell of the city is bittersweet

It was translating this song that made me realize Japanese has a lot of words for sunrise, sunset, sun-anything really. Makes sense for the land of the rising sun I suppose^^ I too want to go forward believing in tomorrow.

And this one is clearly a graduation song, although a little late in the year. Some nice imagery, but seemed a little too made-to-order for me^^; Anyways, here is
