New Beginnings Pt.2 (Returns!)XDD
Okay, here's the rest!;P Stupid lj...XS *grumbles*;)
[Announcer: And with that the first of their items, the croquettes are completed. writing: Kiriko-style croquettes
completed. Meanwhile, the Tochigi-ken, Oyama-shi Mago battle is... As lunch is over, Arashi is talking with Grandpa.
writing: Arashi is having a friendly chat with Grandpa. Announcer: Huh? And Impulse is?]
Staff: (Impulse)'s cleaning the kitchen implements... (writing)
Jun: It kind of would have been better to do it, seriously. (writing)
[Announcer: That's exactly right, then you don't want to be able to lose. writing: Cleaning the kitchen implements,
Impulse, points up.]
Ohno: What are you doing?
Toshiyuki: The kind of oilyness.
Atsushi: Ah, the oilyness?
Toshiyuki: It's no good, look. If you aren't a person that can spontaneously do the clean-up then it's no good.
(writing)
Ohno: Well that's true but, it seems kind of unpleasant ne. (writing)
Atsushi: What's unpleasant?
Jun: We're doing it. (writing)
Atsushi: That's no good. No no no, I'm doing it.
Toshiyuki: Impulse is doing the dishes. (writing)
Atsushi: We're doing the dishes~.
Jun: You're not interested in the mochi (sweet rice cakes)? (writing)
Ohno: That's right ne.
Toshiyuki: There was mochi?
Jun: There's mochi.
Atsushi: Mochi are no good...
[writing: Favorite food!]
Atsushi: Hey wait you! Why are you going after the mochi?
[Announcer: This is the 'sink them while they're feeding on mochi' strategy.]
Jun: This is dangerous huh, seriously. (writing) Kind of-
Ohno: After all ne, their (thinking) is quick ne. (writing)
Jun: Quick. Just a little, seriously.
Ohno: It's frustrating huh.
Jun: Do you know Riidaa? Do you remember? If we lose this segment will be no more. (writing)
[Announcer: That's right. Therefore, if you don't keep at it...]
Atsushi: Hey, hey, get out of the way you guys. You're in my way, move.
Jun: This is getting kind of interesting-
Toshiyuki: There was mochi. (writing)
Jun: Well, I'm not particularly interested in mochi.
Atsushi: All of that is what I washed though. (writign)
Jun: Yes, we're finished~. Ah, that was a lot of work.
[Announcer: And here... (writing)]
Grandma: Thhanks a lot ne~. (writing)
Atsushi: Grandma, Grandma, I just just washed them now.
Grandpa: Who washed them? (writing)
Atsushi: I washed them-
Jun: Here, here. The cleaning of the kitchen implements, I did it. (writing)
Atsushi: hey hey hey, I'm the one-
Jun: His aren't wet.
Atsushi: They're wet, how are they?
Grandpa: They don't have the sensation of washing. (writing)
Atsushi: Grandpa: I'm the one who did that~.
[writing: Impulse, points down.]
Ohno: It's been cleaned.
Grandma: Thanks a lot.
[Announcer: Here the Arashi team's strategy is successful. (writing)
Grandpa: Jun-kun washed them well ne.
Jun: That's right ne.
Atsushi: Though it really was me Grandpa... (writing)
[Announcer: And here, for the Grandpa and Grandma who seemed to be having so much fun up until now, sudden tears.
(writing) The reason is... For the bustling four a somewhat heavy atmosphere has settled... writing: A dark
state of affairs for the grandkids. Announcer: Exactly what could have happened?]
Jun: It's gotten extremely gloomy ne. (writing)
Atsushi: Yeah...cause they were smiling the whole time ne, that that kind of thing would have happened ne. (writing)
[Announcer: After lunch, there was this conversation from Grandpa... (writing)]
Grandpa: There's a photo here (altar) right? (writing)
Grandma: It's of our son. (writing)
Toshiyuki: Ah, is that so...
Atsushi: Your son?
Grandpa: Yeah.
[Announcer: 22 years ago their son Tomoyuki-san passed away in a traffic accident. writing: Tomoyuki-san (age
at death, 22). Announcer: Henceforth Grandpa and Grandma have worked tirelessly at their business to overcome
the grief. (writing)]
Grandpa: After all ne, you can't forget about your children ne. (writing)
Grandma: Because of that up until 4~5 years ago when we would go out to work in the fields we cried ne. We
did our work while crying ne. (writing)
[writing: The smiles have disappeared from teh two of them. Even now they can't forget. The two of them cry as
they say that. Seeming not to want to show that to the grandkids, Grandma said she was heading out into the
neighbourhood and left. writing: She left because she wasn't able to stay there anymore.]
Jun: If we could....if we could do something it would be nice ne. (writing)
Ohno: That's right ne, since we came all the way here.
Jun: Since we've worked this hard to make them happy up until now... (writing)
[Announcer: Could there be something the grandkids could do for the sake of these two who are living with sadness?
writing: They want to bring back the smiles.]
Jun: Um, didn't they say earlier? (writing) At the very first, here, um, when we were taking the beans-
Atsushi: Ah, when we were taking the beans?
Grandpa: Today is Grandma's birthday. (writing)
Atsushi: Her birthday?
Jun: Eh?!
Grandpa: Today.
Atsushi: Grandma?
Grandpa: Uh-huh.
[writing: Today was Grandma's 71st birthday.]
Atsushi: Grandma, today is a day for celebration.
Jun: Eh, today as in this day? Do you always have some kind of celebration for this? (writing)
Grandpa: We don't. (writing)
Ohno: That's right.
Jun: So, how about if we all together, put together a kind of bright party?
[Announcer: The grandkids propose to Grandpa that they set up a birthday party on the sly for Grandma. writing:
Without delay they run it by Grandpa. Announcer: At which point]
Jun: Why don't we give Grandma first-ever celebration of her birthday? (writing)
Grandpa: Ah, thank you. (writing)
Jun: Truly?
Grandpa: I'm in agreement. (writing)
Jun: So Grandpa, let's the five of us make Grandma happy. (writing)
[writing: Celebration; the five of them will set up a birthday party for Grandma! Announcer: They want to see Grandma's
smile. The five of them have stepped up to the plate! writing: Exactly what kind of party do they plan on going
with? Announcer: Well then, the Bangohan team is... The housewife team has shown us some amazing skills.]
Miyuki: This, this this.
Kiriko: Uwa, it looks like a bowl.
Miyuki: Well, we're going to use it one way or another ne.
Kiriko: Ah, amazing.
[Announcer: It's a fashionable plan to use the bread as a vessel for the stew. The point to watch here is that
you grill the bread to keep it from getting soggy from the stew. (writing) Once the bread vessel has been fully
cooked, you fill it to the brim with stew. Add a little broccoli for color as a finishing touch and it is finished.
writing: Kousaka-style Chicken stew, completed.]
Kiriko: Ya~, it looks delicious~.
[Announcer: Meanwhile, the Arashi team is making hamburgers.]
Aiba: With this you know, wouldn't it be better to make it the size that children can eat in one bite?
Nino: Ah~, that's right ne.
Miyuki: Isn't it getting more and more stuck to your hands? (writing)
Aiba: A ton is sticking ne! (writing)
Miyuki: Ne!
Aiba: Ne.
Miyuki: It would be better if it wasn't sticking ne. (writing)
Aiba: Then what do I do?
Miyuki: Why don't you put a little oil on your hands and see. (writing)
Aiba: With this ne, when you touch it ne, if you put oil ne, on your hands ne, your hands won't get dirty. (writing)
[writing: He stole it!]
Aiba: Ne.
Sho: Is that so?
Miyuki: When was this?
Aiba: Isn't that amazing?
Sho: Is that so?
Kiriko: Take some and see, take some and see.
Miyuki: If you scrunch it up it won't stick-
Kiriko: Ah, skillful, skiilful.
Aiba: Then, kind of...put it here?
Miyuki: It's not sticking right?
Sho: It's not, it's not.
Miyuki: Ne, kind of make an depression right in the middle.
[writing: One point advice; to ensure even distribution of heat, make a depression right in the centre.]
Miyuki: The oil will protect you.
Kiriko: Ah, that's nice ne, that's nice ne.
Miyuki: It's cute, that little patty.
[Announcer: With all 3 sisters present they amicably help out.
Reina: A tiny hamburger.
Aiba: We'll cook that one too. By all means.
[Announcer: Sakurai-kun is finally doing his first cooking of the day. (writing) But he seems very uneasy, is this
okay? writing: Uneasy]
Sho: Ah, with this I can't feel the timing, what is it for this?
[Announcer: Skaurai-kun is uncertain from the moment he set them down, of course the result is...]
Aiba: Is it okay?
Nino: Sho-san?
Sho: Ah, this is bad!
[writing: Charred black...]
Yuina: It's charred black!
Kiriko: Uwa, that's terrible! (writing)
Aiba: Look, she's making an amazing face!
Nino: She's making an extremely unpleasant face.
[Announcer: When he tentatively taste-tests them...]
Sho: Well, they're fairly tasty... It's just the appearance that's the worst! (writing)
Nino: But that's essential right? (writing)
Aiba: Cause it's a party you know! (writing)
[Announcer: But everyone, aren't you forgetting something? (writing)]
Miyuki: Aren't you putting some kind of sauce on teh hamburgers? (writing)
Kiriko: They are.
Miyuki: Ah, Reina-chan-
Aiba: It's sauce, sauce! Earlier you decided the sauce section! (writing)
[writing: Sauce section? Announcer: Eh, Sakurai-kun, it was the sauce section? Disconcertedly he checks the cookbook
and... (writing)]
Reina: You mix the sauce with ketchup. (writing)
Sho: Really?
[Announcer: Since Reina-chan is always helping mother, she knows the method for making sauce. (writing) Amazing!]
Miyuki: That's impressive ne, she's skillfully making it.
Kiriko: Reina-chan, you're making the sauce to put on the hamburger?
Sho: Eh?! I thought I was making it just now... (writing)
Kiriko: Reina's making it!
Aiba: But we're supposed to do it.
Kiriko: Wouldn't Reina-chan's be more delicious? (writing)
Sho: So would you mind giving me that for a sec? Cause Uncle will make a little more fashionable. (writing)
[Announcer: So from here on Sakurai-kun is in charge of making the sauce. By mixing red wine with the drippings
from the hamburgers and Reina-chan's specially made sauce, it is completed. (writing)]
Sho: It's kind of gotten to look like lava... (writing)
[writing: Syrupy]
Aiba: Did you drink the sauce?
Sho: Eh?
Aiba: Drink it and see.
[Announcer: Upon nervously tasting it...]
Sho: Ah, this really seems like it will be a big hit! (writing)
[Announcer: At which point Kiriko-san says to the glowing Sakurai-san... (writing)]
Kiriko: I'm satrving! Let's eat! (writing)
[Announcer: it certainly did take a fair amount of time, but once the hamburgers are dressed in the sauce they
are finished!]
Sho: The appearance is kind of...terrible huh. (writing)
Aiba: Then put some bean sprouts on it to give it a little color. (writing)
Sho: Bean sprouts go with this appearance? (writing)
[writing: Xmas dinner completed! Announcer: For the perfect tv show xmas dinner competition, these are what have
been completed. The kids' beloved chicken stew, amde by Kousaka-san. writing: Kousaka-made chicken stew. Announcer:
Using the bread as a bowl, it's a menu idea where even the appearance is cute. And the croquettes made by Kiriko-san.
(writing) Since the insides have been seasoned with sugar and soy sauce they have a sweet and saltiness to them,
nothing needs to be added they can be eaten as is. Meanwhile the Arashi team has hamburgers. writing: The Arashi
team made 'adult flavor' hamburgers. Announcer: The decided flavor is the sauce that Reina-chan and Sakurai-kun
made together. writing: Time to eat!]
Aiba: How about we use a song?
Miyuki: Merry Xmas~! (writing)
Nino: Do it!
Kiriko: What do you want to start with? Do you want to start with the stew? (writing) The stew, the stew~!
Miyuki: I'm opening up the stew! Tada~!
Aiba: Amazing!
Miyuki: Eat it with your spoons ne.
Sho: Amazing.
Kiriko: So eat up!
[writing: Miina-chan. Announcer: Starting with the stew first...]
Miyuki: How is it Mii-chan? Is it okay?
Miina: It's delicious. (writing)
Aiba: Delicious?
Kiriko: We did it~!
[writing: Reina-chan]
Kiriko: How is it Reina-chan?
Reina: It's delicious.
Kiriko: That's great~. That's great.
Miyuki: And next, how about it Yuina-chan?
Miyuki/Kiriko: Ah, it hurts, it hurts!
Sho: That's a good reaction huh. (writing)
Kiriko: Is it delicious? I'm so glad~.(writing)
[writing: The Arashi team, unable to bear it, also steal a little. writing: Can't handle it.]
Nino: Ah the stew is super tasty! (writing)
Sho: This so totally tasty! (writing)
Sho: We seem to be losing at this point... (writing)
[writing: Weak spirit]
Aiba: Nah, but it'll be okay, it'll be okay.
Kiriko: But look young ones-
Aiba: Yes?
Kiriko: The kids have been incessantly continuing to eat it the whole time. (writing)
Miyuki: That's right.
Kiriko: Is it delicious? Look at that! They're eating an incredible amount! (writing) And Miina-chan even-
uwa~! With that big mouthful! Is it delicious?
Miyuki: The deliciousness...
[Announcer: So the 3 girls continue to wolf it down. (writing)]
Kiriko: Look at this, they're eating it so much they're not even talking.
Miyuki: It's perfect.
Sho: So try eating the hamburgers too! (writing)
Kiriko: Ah but they're stomachs are already full ne~! (writing)
Miyuki: How about the hamburgers huh? Try them and see. How are they?
Kiriko: Ah, she went silent at just that mouthful.
Miyuki: Reina-chan.
Kiriko: How is it Reina-chan? She's just laughing at it now!
[writing: Laughter]
Sho: The reaction is completely different.
Kiriko: How is it Yuina-chan?
Aiba: How is it?
Yuina: It's spicy.
Kiriko: You put an adult flavor on it didn't you? (writing)
Miyuki: That's right.
Yuina: It's spicy.
Miyuki: It's spicy no matter how you look at it.
Nino: It's the sauce after all~.
Kiriko: Ah! The cookies...what happened to the cookies? (writing)
Miyuki: The ones you cooked.
Sho: Does everyone want to eat cookies? (writing)
Kiriko: Then give them the cookies.
Aiba/Nino: Do you want to eat cookies?
Kiriko: You want to eat them ne?
Aiba: Then let's go eat cookies! (writing)
[Announcer: Eh? Go eat them? writing: What is the secret of the hidden cookies? Announcer: In reality they
thought of an amazing presentation. That bug surprise is... Arashi's cookies didn't appear on the table. The
big surprise that the three of them thought up is?]
Kiriko: When you said 'let's go outside', what's outside?
Miyuki: Ah, it's cold! Brr.
Kiriko: Oh my! It's Santa-san, it's Santa-san!
Miyuki: There is....
Kiriko: What?
Aiba: Look at this!
Kiriko: AH, isn't that amazing? All of you (Arashi) decorated it? (writing)
Aiba: That's right!
Kiriko: That's kind of- oh look look.
Sho: Look at the tree! (writing) Look at the tree!
[writing: At that moment]
Aiba: Just kind of-
Yuina: There they are! (writing)
Kiriko: Uwa, the cookies!
Miyuki: You decorated the tree with them?
Kiriko: That's super pretty-
Aiba: Taste them and see.
Kiriko: Hey, what's with this fashionable presentation! (writing)
[Announcer: Arashi, thinking they couldn't win at cooking, prepared this fantastic cookie tree presentation.
(writing)]
Miyuki: Taste it and see, taste it and see.
Aiba/Miyuki: It's delicious~!
Miyuki: She said it's delicious!
Kiriko: Really? Well, I guess it's okay, cause everyone's happy. (writing)
Sho: It's a present, a present from us.
Kiriko: It's kind of impressive huh~.
[Announcer: Judgement time! SO Reina-chan, Miina-chan, Yuina-chan, decide ne! writing: Judgement. Who will win?
If Arashi wins the project will continue, if they lose the project is over.]
Sho: I think we are finally moving on the final decision.
Nino: If you please!
Miyuki: First Miina-chan.
Kiriko: First Miina-chan, who's the winner?
Reina: Ah~! What are we going to do?
Miyuki: It might be because we're looking at her like this, so let's look aside. Ne?
Kiriko: Which-
Sho: So point with your finger ne?
Miyuki: Please point with your finger.
[Announcer: First is Miina-chan.]
Miina: Ready, and- (writing)
Miyuki: Yes?
Nino: You're pointing at someone ne? All right, ready, and - open!
[writing: Xmas party decision, one win for Arashi!]
Aiba: What was good, what was good?
Kiriko: Why?
Miina: Cause they gave me a ride on their shoulders! (writing)
Kiriko: That's something I can't do!
Miyuki: That's right~!
Aiba: Squatting while giving someone a ride on your shoulders is a lot of trouble right?
[Announcer: Arashi has one win. Next is Yuina-chan. writing: Xmas party decision, one win for the guest team.]
Nino: What? You're too early! You're too early!
Sho: What was good?
Miyuki: The croquettes were delicious?
Nino: The stew?
Miyuki: The stew was delicious?
Aiba: Were the hamburgers delicious too?
Kiriko: Delicious~
Aiba: The hamburgers? That's it.
Miyuki: That was the point. Thank you!
Kiriko: That's great!
[Announcer: With this both teams are at a one win draw. (writing) Next Reina-chan will be the one to decide
the battle. writing: In the end which will she choose? Announcer: So, which one?]
Yuina: Open!
[writing: Xmas party decision, Arashi is the winner!]
Nino: So why, why what was it?
Miyuki: Why?
Reina: The decoratiosn were great. (writing)
Kiriko: The decorations ne?
[Announcer: The losing housewife team gets to do the clean-up. (writing)]
Miyuki: But I was a little surprised, the hamburgers were delicious too!
Kiriko: That's right...so because of that I have an extreme sense of losing. (writing)]
Nino: Don't go grumbling among yourselves, wash them please ne! (writing)
Miyuki: We're washing, we're washing!
Nino: Before you move your mouth! (writing)
Miyuki/Kiriko: Move your hands! (writing)
Nino: That's right!
Kiriko: For the most part these are Arashi's dishes! (writing)
Miyuki: That's right~! Because when we were done it was clean here! (writing)
Yuu: We're home~.
[writing: Father and mother return home.]
Sho: Welcome home~.
Nino: Ah, it's papa.
Kiriko: Welcome home~!
Aiba: Ah don't flail like that!
Kiriko: They're amazing kids ne!
Etsuko: Thank you!
Kirko: Yes.
Sho: They happily ate all of the food too.
Nino: They ate the vegetables too.
Kiriko: that's right, the vegetables ne.
Miyuki: They ate quite a bit of vegetables. That was a little amazing.
Nino: So today...
Miyuki: We made this.
Nino: This is what we made.
[writing: Submitting the dinner report.]
Etsuko: Amamzing~.
Nino: The cooking.
[writing: Arashi's Assault, Children's Dinner, the Ide household. Announcer: Miina-chan, Reina-chan, Yuina-chan,
the tree of them ate all of their food. Though we lost at cooking, we won the battle! 'Thanx'! writing: Next
they're assaulting your home<3]
Sho: So in the end the result is that we defended the show till the end! (writing)
Miyuki: It's a shame huh~.
Kiriko: We lost... (writing)
Miyuki: We are shamed... (writing)
Aiba: Yeah but ne, but ne, in the celebration of our win my neck got really bad!
[writing: Neck]
Sho: It hurts?
Kiriko: Please let us try to revenge ourselves one more time. Until then I will work on my neck and shoulders!
I'll use squats to work on ym body! (writing)
Aiba: if you do that-
Kiriko: I'll make my neck stronger.
Aiba: It would be better to make your neck stronger.
Sho: No matter what you want Sunday lunch ne! (writing)
[Announcer: The continuation of the Bangohan project has been decided! (writing) Thank goodness~. So, the Mago
team is...]
Jun: Shall we make it? (writing)
Atsushi: Yeah, we'll make it-
Jun: Cause we really don't have time ne. (writing) We need to be quick.
[Announcer: A secret party for Grandma. The five of them have bought decorations and a cake set. (writing)]
Jun: Ne~.
Grandpa: You're good, you're good.
[Announcer: They want to see Grandma's smile. writing: They want to bring back her smile. Announcer: Those feelings
have united the hearts of these four previous rivals. (writing) The Matsumoto/Tsutsumishita pair are icinga sponge
cake, making a huge cake. (writing) The Ohno/Itakura pair is in charge of decorating the room. (writing)]
Ohno: Grandpa, wouldn't it be interesting if you wrote something on here? (writing)
Jun: Oh, that would be good ne.
Toshiyuki: That's right.
Grandpa: What's that?
Toshiyuki: After that could you blow up all these balloons... (writing)
Atsushi: Your way of life is too lazy! Just saying thanks and taking advantage.
[Announcer: At Ohno's suggestion Grandpa is making a poster. (writing) One charatcer at a time he's putting in
all the emotions up to this point.]
Jun: Doesn't this have kind of a good feel to it? After all, won't she be happy that it's hand made? (writing)
Grandpa: It's the best ne. (writing)
[Announcer: The five of them smilingly put it together. (writing) These emotions will surely come across to Grandma.
And...]
Toshiyuki: All right~. (writing)
Jun: It's finished! (writing)
Atsushi: Isn't this great? (writing)
Grandma: I'm home~. (writing)
Toshiyuki: It's fine~.
Atsushi: Grandma, come in.
Toshiyuki: All right~. (writing)
Jun: It's finished! (writing)
Grandma: I'm home~. (writing)
Toshiyuki: It's fine~.
Atsushi: Grandma, come in.
[Announcer: They want to see Grandma smile. writing: They want to bring back Grandma's smile. Announcer: A
birthday party opening with everyone's feelings. Will Grandma be happy?]
Jun: Grandma! Happy-
All: Birthday~!!
Atsushi: Felicitations~!
Grandma: Thank you. Thank you. (writing)
Atsushi: Grandma, over here, over here.
Jun: If you please.
[Announcer: The decorations of the Ohno/Itakura pair. Grandpa's poster. writing: Felicitations Grandmother.
Announcer: The special jumbo cake the Matsumoto/Tsutsumishita pair made. Each one of them is a present with
heart in it.]
All: Happy Birthday (etc)
Jun: Felicitations~!
Atsushi: Make a wish, make a wish!
Ohno: Blow out the candles!
Grandpa: Blow them out.
Atsushi: Don't lose, with that one left-
All: Yay~!
Jun: Felicitations!
Atsushi: Felicitations~.
[writing: Grandma is smiling.]
Atsushi: it's so great that you're smiling.
Grandma: You did a nice thing for me ne. I'm truly thankful. (writing)
Toshiyuki: Oh no no...
[Announcer: ANd here some further presents from the grandkids... From Impulse, a laugh. (writing)]
Toshiyuki: However this is...
Atsushi: ...is pretty far gone.
Toshiyuki: Truly ne, when we do this normally as a business, it truly costs however many thousands of yen though...
(writing)
Atsushi: No! That's not true at all... You're going to start with something as unpleasant as that? That's not good.
Jun: If you please.
Toshiyuki: Eh~, a short comic play. [Going to to capital] (writing)
Atsushi: AH~, so I'm going to tour this city today? But going to Tokyo by yourself, that's a little harsh huh?
In the end that guy didn't come huh.
Toshiyuki: Wait! Would you like a lunchbox?
Atsushi: Don't want one! Thank you very much!
Toshiyuki: Oh no no no, truly ne.
Grandma: Thanks a lot. (writing)
Toshiyuki: it loosk like it's becoming a fun party! (writing)
[Announcer: From Matsumoto-kun it's the pictures he took today.]
Grandma: Thanks.
Jun: The pictures I took of you kissing today and others are inside.
Grandma: Thanks for this.
Jun: It's your first kiss.
[Announcer: For the sake of making Grandma's smile linger forever he worked his hardest to take them. writing:
Photographer Matsumoto Jun. Announcer: From Ohno-kun it's a picture present.]
Grandma: He~. (writing)
Jun: It's great ne.
Atsushi: It's great!
[writing: Grandpa, Grandma, thank you! Artist Ohno Satoshi]
Ohno: They might resemble you.
Grandpa: They resemble us ne.
Grandma: They resemble us ne~.
[Announcer: And a present from Grandpa... (writing) He was always too shy to give it, but since the grandkids have
come he's finally able to do it. A pearl necklace.]
Jun: It would be great to try putting it on.
Atsushi: Put it on.
Ohno: Ah, it's nice ne~.
Jun: Nice ne~. Oh, it looks good on you Grandma.
Atsushi: Grandma, it suits you, it suits you!
Grandma: Thank you for your kindness.
Grandpa: Every little part of this, the chance of being able to do this is due to the grankids. (writing)
Grandma: Thank you very much. (writing)
[writing: Who will win?! Judgement.]
Jun: Which is to say, it's finally judgement time.
Ohno: Yes.
Jun: Cause in the end this is what we cam for huh.
Atsushi: Cause of this battle ne?
Jun: If we lose, we have to stop doing this segment. (writing) Please tap the shoulders of the pair you think
were better. Well then, if you please!
[Announcer: The one day spent with the four grandkids. (writing) Which will they choose? (writing)]
Grandpa: The Impulse side kind of had a boisterous feel to them huh~. (writing)
Ohno: Is that so...
Atsushi: Grandpa, that hurts.
Grandpa: So...I guess you're the grandkids~.
[writing: Arashi's victory!!]
Toshiyuki: EH?! But from the beginning up until now, wasn't it us?
Atsushi: We were that good... Eh?!
Grandpa: A boisterous...
Atsushi: Boisterous?
Grandpa: Yes, is the feel you had. (writing)
Atsushi: Boisterous?
Toshiyuki: Which one of us in particular was boisterous? (writing)
Grandpa: The boisterous one?
Toshiyuki: Yes.
Grandpa: There was some here as well I guess, but this one.
Atsushi: I was??
[writing: Cause of deafeat]
Atsushi: I'm the cause of defeat?!
[Announcer: The continuation of this one as well is somehow decided! (writing)
Ohno: We win.
Jun: We protected the segment to the end. (writing)
Ohno: Yes.
Toshiyuki: We'll come again! (writing)
Atsushi: That's right! We'll do the next one adult-like, the Mago. We'll becfome adult-like grandkids for the
next one. (writing)
Jun: Eh, there's a next one?
Atsushi: There is, there is, the next is two weeks from now! (writing)
Jun: No there isn't, no there isn't!
Atsushi: There's one two weeks from now! The special part 2 two weeks from now ne!
Haha, it was touch and go there for a bit, but the boys pulled out a win;P There were so many cute moments here it's impossible to list them all, but my favorites were when Jun jumped on Atsushi's back, when they decorated Aiba, when Sho got exiled to homework duty, when Jun and Ohno tricked Atsushi/Toshiyuki into going for mochi, and when Nino berated Miyuki/Kiriko for talkign while they were doing dishesXDD Ah~, it was such a great xmas present to us ne?:D Arigatou boys, for all your hard work, the love really comes through *bows deeply*:3
Plus, a translation of the Chaokko article Jun did...although, I think this may be a magazine for, um...tweens?;P But the pics are adorable<3<3
Thank you for the scans

Matsumoto Jun-kun challenged the difficult role of falling in love with his younger twin sister in the work
[Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru] which goes into wide release for the second time early in the the new year 2007.
He talked about his feelings on this, his first starring role in a movie.
"The real connection between me and my older sister and Yori and Iku? There definitely isn't one! (laughs)"
The movie [Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru]. If I were to explain this movie in a way that would make it easy
for everyone reading Chaokko to understand, well let's see...I guess it would be "A movie where I fall in love
with my little sister". It's exactly like the title of the movie says ne (laughs). But I'm not saying this as a
joke! Because it's a story about the boy I'm playing, "Yori", falling in love with his younger twin sister "Iku",
played by Eikura Nana-chan, [I love my little sister]. It's truly straightforward.
Although in reality I too have an older sister...the fact of it becoming like the relationship between Yori and
Iku is something I could never think of at first (laughs). After they let me have the starring role in the movie
I went and read the original work that was serialised in [Shoujo Comics], and without holding back I just thought
[This is amazing huh]. After I heard it was a work primarily being read by elementary and middle school students
I was like [Is this kind of shocking story okay?! Is this alright?!] (laughs). But even though in general the
shape of this love is seen as no good, what it has in the foundation, the "sibling" walls always realized right
in front of them, make it a "pure love"... In the movie we were conscious of trying to be able to show it prettily,
politely.
For the fans of the original, Yori is surely a "princely" type of being ne. Therefore I myself was conscious of
trying not to betray that, of appearing pretty no matter where it was cut...that's what I planned anyway, but there
are limits to what flesh and blood humans can do ne. It's not like I can change my face either (laughs). Therefore,
I made it important as well to act Yori in a way that not just his cool parts, but conversely the shameful, unartful
parts were in a human-like manner. ...The things I did when forming the character? Mmm (thinks a little), maybe something
like growing out my hair? (The staff says [Before you started shooting you were worrying "Is it still okay for me
to be doing high school roles?! Won't the uniform not suit me~?!" ne] to him) The way I looked in the school uniform?
It was no good right? (laughs) ...eh, that's not the way it was? Is that so? Then, I'm glad. I'm relieved (laughs).
"This is how Chaokko should view it!"
In this movie there were a lot of co-stars who were from the same generation as me ne. Apart from those feelings,
the set was quiet. Because of the constant soft atmosphere, it wasn't really an ambience where you wanted to
get all worked up. But there was a feeling that they made it an environment where it was easy for us to get in
character, for the sake of giving us a way to relieve the build-up of emotions ne. But the scene where Yori and
Iku ride the bicycle together...that was the sole most fun scene to go along with (laughs), there, while quarreling
with Nana-chan about trivial things, we enjoyed the shoot by making comedy ad-libs.
Truly, although this might be too strongly shocking a movie for the world of Chaokko, if while watching the movie
[Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru] everyone could think "I want to have a fantastic love", then I would be happy.
Oh come on!:D Yeah, maybe he's a little long in the tooth for high school roles (hey, I've seen much worse), but there's no way he doesn't look good in that uniformXDD Ah, but he so perfectionistic ne, he pays so much attention to the little details like that, to his interpretation of the character:3 I'm still on the fence about how the movie will end up, but right now it sure feels like it will be good, even if it only evokes the very smallest part of those emotions;) ...can't waitXD
Only 2 days till HYD2!!!XDDDDDDD
