Ah~, I wish I had something exciting to say this week...oh! I got my AAA Dome DVD, finally!!XD Haven't had a chance to watch it yet though^^; Hopefully after I finish posting I'll have time... I wish I had those slippers already, I seem to have caught a cold:S Last night I started getting a dry cough, and today it's well on its way to becoming a fine upstanding illness;P Hopefully it will go away as quickly as it came, no matter how sick I am I can't take a day off work until Thursday, and I have an assignment due on Friday>_< It's just like Jun said, when your body gets sick your mind/spirit gets weak too...I've spent all day feeling floppy and spineless, and frankly even I'm getting tired of itXD But, since I didn't have anything to do today I got quite a bit of translating done:3

Lastly, well...I've bene toying with the idea of translating some of my old favorites of Arashi's songs for awhile now. I really like song translations, I start to miss them...I got spoiled with the album this summerXD And there was a hint towards this song, although none was needed because it's one of my all-time favorites and lately it's been all I can think of:3

Believe it or not, it was one year ago on October 13th that I posted my first translation here^^ Somehow it doesn't feel like a year though...like way more than a year or way less, but not exactly a year;P The reason I'm talking about it now is it's Thanksgiving weekend and I get two full days off in a row, so I had the time to do a lot of translating:3 I wanted to have a little mini-celebration of the one-year anniversary, and who knows if I'll have a chance this time next week;P Besides, in a 'thanksgiving' sense (though I don't really celebrate the holiday), I'm thankful for the great friends I've met in this one year, and the opportunities I've had because of this journal:3 Thank you all, and yoroshiku for the coming year as well^^

Finally...more for myself than anything....I translated La Familia:3 This was the first song I ever heard Jun sing, right about this time 2 years ago, after getting hooked on Gokusen and needing more<3 I'm sure there's other versions out there, but translating something yourself makes it that much more precious:3

I think the title says it all...thanks to that movie I nearly wasn't able to post this:S Long story short, my computer's been doing weird things for awhile now, freezing, dying, funny noises, etc. But on Saturday night I had finally found the time to watch my BokuImo DVD I bought at the Hamamatsu concert (yes, still haven't had a chance!XS) and I was really excited...then I get to the scene where Yori first confesses to Iku in her bed...and it freezes!>_< I'll gloss over the 30 minutes of repeated fruitless reboots and insults hurled at my computerXD Anyway, at the end of that harrowing debacle, when my computer finally seemed like it wasn't permanently dead in the water, I decided not to tempt fate any longer and buy a new HD and re-install everything:S Which is why I'm late posting...oh! And I had started translating an article when it happened, so all that work went down the drain when it froze *cries*>_< Now I'm out 150$ and two evenings when I could have been enjoying myself (still haven't seen the end!), plus I've lost countless programs and settings...does anyone have the Kitto Daijoubu Winamp skin??>_< I lost it and I can't find it anywhere on the web...please share:S Okay okay, enough about that *deep breath*, let's move on to the fun stuff:D

Back again, this week was a little less stressful which was nice^^ And I got a manicure for the first time in my life, it was really fun;P My friend promised I'd love it, and although it hurt a little the results are awesome~:3 I want to get another one for when I leave, but I bet it'll have worn off in no time^^; Tonight I'm going to eat dimsum and watch Harry Potter with some friends, it's going to be really funX3 Ah~, it finally feels like it's summer...at work someone pointed out that on one of the sign-in sheets I'd put out I'd written June 19th even though it was JulyXDD Time's passing so quickly now I barely know what month it is, how sad is that...well, as long as it's not August yet, there's too much to do before thenO_o
Anyway, today I have the Shukudai-kun from 07.04.16 with the birthday gift bits:D

How was your week minna?:) I bet we're all glad it's weekendXDD Finally a chance to relax, enjoy the weather, and spend some time with our favorite boys;P This week I was cleaning like a mad woman for 4 days straight, before and after work, because it's past due...and my mother's coming next weekXDD Yes, I need that kind of motivation sometimes;P I'm sure it'll pass her critical eye, but I'm not sure when my spine will go back into alignmentXDDD

Ah~, gomen minna it's been such a long time ne?^^; My new job is sucking up a lot of my time, plus the planning for summer and school next year...today was my first chance in weeks to do some much needed things, like get a haircut (it's been 6 monthsO_o), deposit some paycheques, get some necessities...and I found a nice pair of pants at the mall, I was so happy because it's hard to find pants that fit, look good, and don't cost a million bucks^^; And then on teh way home somehow the bag they were in got lost, and with it the travel alarm clock I bought too!>_< Ugh, I'm so upset...I keep hoping someone will turn it in so I can claim it, but clinging to that hope makes me feel as vainly naive as Nao in Liar Game:S *sigh*
In other news, I pre-ordered Time at last, can't wait to find out what kind of song 'Yabai Yabai Yabai' is XDD And today I have the translation of the Odoroki SP follow-up episode where they have the noodle-eating contestXDD (07.03.26^^)
